The Tamworth trainer will start topweight Goldstream as well as Unbiased in the $150,000 and 1400m feature race.
One has drawn well and one has drawn badly, one will most likely start favourite and the other double figure odds as well.
Both will run well, Morgan added.
"I'll be surprised if Goldstream runs any worse than fourth or fifth," he said of the recent Wellington Cup winner.
"He's flying at the moment."
After winning the 1700m Wellington Cup a few weeks back the former Italian Derby winner has continued to impress in his work.
So much so that Morgan is confident he can step back to the 1400m of Sunday's Cup then tackle the 1600m of the Scone Cup before stepping up again to the 2350m of the July Grafton Cup.
Goldstream has drawn badly though in barrier 15 yet Morgan thinks that won't be a factor.
"I don't think it will play a major role," he said.
"He'll get back anyway and will line up at 30-1 because of the big weight and the bad draw."
Unbiased, is another story.

The six-year-old gelding is rated around the 3-1 mark in Cup markets after finishing sixth in the $500,000 Newhaven Park Country Championship Final.
He drew badly in that race on April 6 and battled on gamely to be beaten just over four and half lengths by Noble Boy.
"He's drawn very well," Morgan said of the son of Medaglia D'Oro who has won four of his 22 starts for almost $230,000 in prizemoney.
"He's a very honest horse, a good Cups horse.
"He showed that in Sydney when he drew 19 in the Country Championship Final and finished sixth.
"He's got 54kg and a good barrier (3) on Sunday, that's probably why he's favourite."
"He's won on the track and at the distance and is going to be right there."
So, who does he think is the better of the two?
"I think they'll both run well," he answered diplomatically.
"The Tamworth Cup is now more a race for city class horses. Great to get a couple of runners in it."
"Both have worked well this week and I am confident they will run well."
"Unbiased did get a soft draw and did win the Country Championship Qualifier here and drops 2kgs on that race."
