In the past, Mr Windle has helped organise rides to muster funds for children’s charities and sick kids.
This year, he was garnering interest in a ride for the farmers to be held on Australia Day, with all money raised going to the R U Aware, We Care drive.
“I was talking to a friend and her family who had to put down livestock and I decided, Australia Day, what better day go for a ride,” he said.
