Backing up on Tuesday, the Sixers went down in a heartbreaking loss to Country Thunder South West.
After setting a total of 6-99 from their 20 overs, the Sixers picked up regular wickets, thanks to Spinks (2-11) and Lewington (1-8) to help restrict the Thunder.
However, it was not enough as the Thunder reeled in the target with just two balls to spare.
The team’s second game of Tuesday’s double header also provided little joy as they went down to Metro Sixers South East.
Lewington (2-8) and Spinks (1-9) were crucial in limiting their opponents to 7-103 from 20 overs.
In reply, the side cold not get their innings going, eventually closing out their innings at 6-81.
