
A 43-year-old woman has suffered severe injuries after being attacked by two dogs in South Tamworth on Saturday.
The woman was walking through a park between Anthony Road and Susanne Street at about 6.30am when she was attacked by the dogs.

Nearby members of the public came to the woman’s aid and called emergency services.
NSW Ambulance Paramedics treated the woman at the scene before being transported to Tamworth Base Hospital with significant facial injuries, puncture wounds to her arm and bruising.
The dogs were seized by council rangers following the incident on Saturday.
Police are now calling on any witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.
