Players both past and present hit the links to help raise money for the club and to celebrate a successful 2018 season.
Incoming Bulldogs coach John Hickey said the day was enjoyed by all who attended.
“It was a really great day,” Hickey said.
“The day was a good opportunity for us as a club to come together, have fun and give back to the Gunnedah Golf Club who are major supporters of ours.”

A variety of prizes were up for grabs throughout the day, with some of the club’s past players taking home top honours.
“I believe the Turner family were probably the best performers on the day,” Hickey said.
“There wasn’t any really impressive scores or anything like that, it was more of a chance for us to come together and have a bit of fun.
“I think most guys won themselves a little bit of a prize and the committee really deserve a lot of praise for organising so many great prizes.”
The day was also used as an opportunity to announce the club’s coaching staff for the upcoming season, with Wayne Griffiths (Ladies), Brad Harris (Under 18s), David McCann and Lance Martin (Reserves) joining Hickey in the coaching ranks.
Hickey said the club will now look towards a “meet and greet evening” on November 23 at the Gunnedah Services and Bowling Club.
“I am pretty familiar with most of the guys who will pull on a jersey for us next season,” he said.
“The meet and greet evening will be more of a chance for the new players and existing players to meet before training kicks off in the new year.
“It should be a great night and hopefully a great 2019 for our club.”
