Colts batted first and made 186 rus for the loss of six wickets with opener Ed Blomfield scoring 89 runs which included four sixes and eight fours. Leading wicket taker for the home side was Cameron Wood 2/20.
In reply, Uralla used 18 of their 20 overs to pass their assignment with opener Nick Endacott leading the way making 64 unbeaten runs.
In the other match, reigning premiers Round Swamp opened their account by rounding up Kentucky by 40 runs at John Oxley Sports Ground.
Swamp notched up 4/116 off their 40 overs of which Ben France hit 44.
Kentucky opener Beau Abraham claimed 2/18 off his four overs whereas Greq Buckland and Aaron Johnson shared the other two wickets to fall.
Kentucky didn't get off for the best start in their chase when opener Bob Seb had his furniture rearranged by Lachie Fletcher first ball of the innings.
Swamp bowler Clint Lyon captured three wickets in five deliveries before finishing with ⅗. Opener Flecher took 2/8, Ossie Ruhr 2/1, While Harrison, France ad Liam Brennan all secured a scalp each.
This Saturday, Swamp do battle with Colts at John Oxley Sportsground while Kentucky take on Uralla at the Park.
