The Australian Museum is working on the world-leading citizen-science project called FrogID.
This initiative is focused on one of our most threatened animal groups – frogs. The rapid disappearance of frogs is a warning about the rate of environmental change as their physiology makes them highly sensitive to changes on land and in water.

To help educate the local community about the issues facing our frogs, a team member from the Australian Museum will be hosting a FrogID workshop at Bunnings Warehouse Tamworth!
They will present on local frogs, the Frog ID project and results, lifecycle, habitats and have some question time at the end.
This is a great opportunity for families to come and learn more about frogs and how they can help, a great initiative to get kids involved in.
