NEW England police are investigating after a paraglider was found dead near Moree and have called for witnesses to come forward.
Police were first alerted about objects falling from the sky on Thursday evening.
Just after 6.30pm, police attended a scene at Karingal Road, near the Newell Highway, approximately 70km north of Moree, where officers found a paraglider frame and the body of a 36-year-old man from Eastwood in Victoria.

Detectives investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident and are appealing for anyone with dashcam footage or other information that may assist them, to come forward.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
