AUSSIE Bush Leather will shut up shop after 22 years on Peel Street.
The locally owned business is moving online, with owners Belinda Moore and Craig Bates looking forward to a sea change.
“Our business has operated for 29 years now and we work a lot of hours, we have a property up at Forster and we love it so we’ve decided to move,” Ms Moore said.
“We’re now exhausted and have decided it’s time to have a life.”
Regulars shouldn’t fear, with the online business offering free shipping to Tamworth and district locals.

The new set up will include a small shopfront in Forster open by appointment only, with the new factory and the couple’s home.
The pair said they’re sad to see the shop go, but more and more retail trends are moving online.

Plus, they can say goodbye to long hours, seven days a week.
“Tamworth has been really good to us,” owner Mr Bates said.
“But we need to go online, at the moment this area is hurting bad with the drought so we’ve got to look outside the area now to survive.”
The Peel Street shop closes on August 25.
