The Tamworth event has attracted more than 20 dealers from New South Wales, Southern Queensland, South Australia, Victoria, and Tasmania to exhibit antique goods.
It’s pitched as a chance to buy a piece of history from a selection of reputable dealers or simply come and admire the wonderful collection of items from our past.

The fair, in its 33rd year, is once again raising money for the Oxley High School P&C.
Event organiser Euan Coutts said the event was recognised as one of the most successful outside of any capital city in Australia, both by the dealers and the public.
“It’s got the reputation because we’ve managed to be able to get some very good dealers with very good and high quality stock,” Mr Coutts said.
He said there was a great deal of interest already pouring-in for the event with a numbers of calls coming in from potential buyers.
While antiquing could be see as a bit of a niche hobby, Mr Coutts said there would be something for everyone at the fair.
“Come along and have a look,” he said.
“You might find something that interests you.
“And surprisingly antiques can usually fit into any sort of decor and pieces often enhance a room.”
The fair opens at 1pm on Friday, August 3 at the Tamworth Town Hall and runs right through the weekend.
It will be open from 10am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday from 10am until 3pm.
