Speaking to The Leader at a principals conference on Wednesday, she said while it might only be a small school, it has the heart and successes of bigger campuses with students achieving great things every day.
“Being a principal at a small school you get to make a difference every day,” she said.
“Because you’re in a small school you can look at the students individually and you can meet their needs.
“Everything we do is targeted towards individual success, we work very closely in our network of schools and tapping into a lot of the different talents and expertise of staff. We have done some amazing things with our students.”
