Dave and Glenda Middleton from Wallabadah and Tamworth’s Lindsey Wilson will be in the parade on April 15, prior to the Grand Parade.
Royal Agricultural Society of NSW president Glenn Dudley said the champions were the heart and soul of the show.
“Their passion shines through, allowing us to bring country and city together to enjoy the very best that rural and regional Australia has to offer, from food and fibre to culture and community,” he said.
“The parade honours the people behind the ribbons; those who’ve been integral in showcasing excellence in NSW and Australian agriculture over some of the show’s 191-year history.”
The Parade of Champions has been a showstopper with the crowds and is in its third year.
Mr and Mrs Middleton have been competing in the Sydney Royal Pig Show for 13 years.
Last year, the Middletons took a team of 12 pigs to the show and took home 10 blue ribbons for their efforts.
For the couple, coming to the show is a great opportunity to catch up with old friends and also make some new ones.
In 2012, Mr Wilson made show history in the Sydney Royal Cattle Show, winning champion titles in the jersey and interbreed classes for his supreme champion, Icy Eve, and he’s been winning ribbons since 1972.
Mr Wilson says his greatest show achievements are the life-long friendships he has made and looks forward to the annual catch up in the cattle pavilions every year.
The Royal Easter Show runs from April 10 to 23.
