Only West Tamworth and City United cannot make the first grade final.
North Tamworth is assured of one berth but its opponent depends on how South Tamworth, Bective and Old Boys fare.
South Tamworth and Bective Bulls have a “knockout” match at Dick Edwards Oval. Whoever loses is out.
If South wins, it is through to tomorrow but if Bective wins, it could still miss out as it is equal with Old Boys, on points and run rate.
The Bulls could miss out if they have a narrow win and Old Boys have a big win against West Tamworth.
Old Boys play West at Riverside 2 so all three one-day hopefuls can eyeball each other from across the lane.
Second grade has a similar situation with South Tamworth through but West Tamworth and North Tamworth equal second and City United two points adrift.
In third grade, City United will play either Bective-East or Old Boys while Old Boys will play either City United or West in the fourth grade final.
