Tamworth LGA recorded 191 cases to 4pm Tuesday, compared to 116 the day before.
While Gunnedah LGA recorded another 36 COVID cases to 4pm on Tuesday compared to 16 in the previous reporting period.

Statewide, NSW has recorded 11,939 new COVID-19 cases and 21 deaths in the 24 hours to 4pm.
There are 1,510 COVID-19 patients in hospital, with 68 in ICU.

- 296 are from the Newcastle LGA
- 116 are from the Port Stephens LGA
- 38 are from Singleton LGA
- 191 are from the Tamworth Regional LGA
- 7 are from the Tenterfield LGA
- 26 are from the Upper Hunter Shire LGA
