Emeco employee Tim McGarrigle had the opportunity to donate $1500 to a worthy organisation through an employee donation program.
He chose Northern NSW Football, specifically the refereeing community in the Northern Inland.
McGarrigle, who is based with Emeco in Gunnedah, is a former Northern Inland referee and has a passion to help aspiring match officials reach their potential.

The money will go towards supporting talented referees in the Northern Inland including attending TOP Camps and activities aligned to the Referee Academy.
Emeco Business Development Manager Callum Manderson said he was happy to see the money go to a worthy cause.
"It's not so much about getting our name out there but it's nice to be acknowledged. And to see this money go towards this kind of area being a former referee myself is a great thing," Manderson said.
"It's something that Emeco do as a whole. We're not just doing it here but all around Australia.
"It might be the local football or netball team. Some employees get the opportunity to support this or that, they are encouraged to nominate a recipient in the youth sporting arena."
Northern NSW Football Referees Manager Brad Carlin said he was grateful for the donation.
"It's a very nice thing Tim has done and we appreciate it immensely," Carlin said.
"This money will go directly towards helping talented young referees in the Northern Inland region."
"We thank Tim and Emeco for their generosity."
