Libby Campbell from Everingham & Solomons, David Errington from Apollo Engineering and Matthew Sweeney from Bell Partners have been elected as new board directors.
Former Tamworth Junior Chamber secretary Libby Campbell will also take the reins as Tamworth Business Chamber secretary, replacing Clint Coles who has stepped down.
Hoping to bring guidance and support to the chamber, Apollo Engineering's David Errington said he was excited to become more involved in the local business community.
"I was raised in Tamworth, spent a few years away, but I bought a business and came back in 2018," he said.
"Apollo Engineering employs 45 people locally and we manufacture a whole range of products and support the local community with our services."
As director of entrepreneurial services at Bell Partners, chartered accountant Matthew Sweeney said he hopes to bring a fresh perspective to the chamber.
"I got involved this year so I can add back into the community my expertise and help business grow in the region," he told the Leader.
"I own my own charted accounting practice locally, moved up to Tamworth about 10 years ago, and started with Bell Partners in July of this year."
After a tough year for Tamworth businesses, chamber president Stephanie Cameron said strong membership and the ongoing financial support of sponsors had pulled the chamber through.
"We're looking at how we can ignite our business community to become more resilient in the face of the constant barrage of pandemics, floods, bushfires," she said.

"There just always seems to be the next crisis around the corner. So how can we make our businesses more resilient?"
The main focus for the chamber going forward will be solving the skilled labour shortage in the region.
"We need skilled people. There's not many businesses out there who don't need that at the moment," she said.
"It's about what we need in our region to not only grow and be prosperous, but to make sure that when we try to engage skilled people to come to Tamworth they've got a house to live in, a school for the kids to go to and activities to meet new people."
Ms Cameron said outgoing board members Mark Woodley, Clint Coles and Jye Segboer helped shape the chamber into the successful body that it is today.
