Gunnedah have slumped to sixth place on the ladder after five straight losses, while reigning six-time premiers Norths have suffered four defeats this season including a last-start 19-18 home loss to the Roosters.

Bulldogs coach Mick Schmiedel said he had selected "about five kids" aged under 20 for the club's old boys' day.
"It's going to be a big ask with no big boppers [in the side]," he said, referring to forwards leader Lincon Smith and Jacko Brookman.
"It's totally changed how we play ... It's going to take a big effort against Norths but the boys are up for it."
The Bulldogs are coming off a horror stretch of losses: Narrabri (30-24), Moree (30-27), Kootingal-Moonbi (48-6), Boggabri (24-22) and Dungowan (34-26).
With five matches remaining for the finals, they are six points behind fourth-placed Moree.
