North Tamworth are coming off a 26-20 defeat of Gunnedah, which stretched their home winning streak to an astounding 46 matches, while Boggabri lost 46-25 away to Narrabri last round.
"We were shocking," Urquhart said of the loss to Narrabri.
"We let in three tries in the first 10 minutes. You can't do that in any comp, in any game."
While acknowledging the task confronting the Roos this week is mammoth, Urquhart nevertheless believes the match is a chance to show the competition "where we're at".
"Any team can be beaten at home," he said, adding: "We know it's gonna be a tough one.
"We're up against it ... We've got a few [players] out, but we'll soldier on."
Boggabri have lost playmaker Josh Trindall and hooker Jack Hayes through injury, while prop Nick Millar and second-rower Eden Blewitt have work commitments and will also miss the match.
On the plus side, they have welcomed back gun second-rower Bailey Lennox and experienced prop Ben Haire.
