The volunteer organisation set up shop at the Tamworth Showgrounds on Tuesday and offered the discounted services to local pension card holders and primary producers.
Tamworth Animal Welfare League president Jenny Campbell said she had been inundated with calls from farmers looking to take advantage of the service.
"The response was overwhelming but fantastic at the same time," she said.
"A lot of people have reached out to us and given that our main focus is the welfare of animals, it is exciting to see so many people get involved."
As well as vaccinations, Jenny said the group re-homes animals and was eager to help pet owners.
"From our perspective, we want animals vaccinated and we're really big on our desexing program," she said.
"All of our fundraising goes towards desexing the community's animals, for people who can't afford it or for low-income earners.
"We help them with those costs because that way we can help ensure pets stay healthy, there's no unwanted litters and we're really big on that.

"As well as vaccinating and microchipping, we will have our desexing folder down here and will be handing out vouchers for that as well."
The Tamworth Animal Welfare League will be continuing their work on Wednesday at the showgrounds from 9.30am.
