On a frozen Sunday morning the troupe from Tamworth City Dance Academy performed the dance for Girl Next Door by band Voodoo Town for cameras.
Lead vocalist Brent Larkham, who co-wrote the tune, said the video production should be finalised over the next fortnight.
"The world has become a very small place as far as the arts goes, which is a great thing. You can go to where the best is and these guys are some of the best dancers you will see, and they're right here in Tamworth, which is wonderful," he said.
The video is otherwise done, with sections performed in London, Madrid, Hamburg, New York - as well as Northern NSW.
Tamworth City Dance Academy Principal and Owner Kelly Singh said the international exposure was a first for the local dance troupe.
"Our name's obviously out there and they wanted some dancers to pop into the film clip they already had, and it's actually being produced in Hamburg. So we're sort of like the Australian content," she said.
"It's been really exciting."

Eight local Tamworth dancers dressed as punk, angel, cowgirl and more braved the chilly temperatures.
Dancers Lily Singh and Meg Attwell said the line dance came together pretty quickly for the video clip.
"The dance industry and the arts industry has really sort of collapsed during this time, it's really good to have the opportunity to do something when a lot of others can't especially in cities," said Ms Attwell.
