Peter Costa, publican at The Premer Hotel, has a vision for the silos to reflect the starry night sky.
The vision came about after photographer Malcolm Gray took photos of the night sky in Premer, capturing the milky way in all its glory.

Mr Costa said it would bring more people into the area, too.
"I like the painted silos myself as far as an attraction, I find them really beautiful," he said.
"I've got a vested interest. If people came to the area, they'd help my business."
He said the town's residents had lost a lot of pride in recent years, with only minimal businesses open.
"We're at the south western end of the Liverpool Plains Shire, and we're forgotten in some ways," Mr Costa said.
"We're a little town, it's hard to get a lot of support. How do you make change especially when people don't have much money either?"
Mr Costa is hoping the local Lion's Club may lend a hand in supporting the project, but said he would be willing to pull his sleeves up and put in the hard labour to see it through.
