The junior club held a come and try day on Sunday with a number of new players turning up to the session at Viaduct Park.
There were kids of all ages there on Sunday and Roosters coach Greg Vallender guessed there were about 10 new faces at the come and try day.

The mentor said it was great to see so many kids turn up to give the game a crack and comes on the back of already good numbers for the two teams.
"We're thinking we should have between 15 and 20 on both lists," Vallender said prior to the come and try day.
The Roosters will train at Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School this week after a successful come and try day at the school at the end of last year.
Students from Farrer and the Roosters will train together from 4pm on Thursday afternoon. A barbecue will follow the training session.
