Coney has six runners engaged at this Thursday's Tamworth harness meeting, and after picking up three winners at last week's meeting the stable go in in form.
Cessnock-based reinsman Jake Hughes drove all three runners, the 19-year old in the process achieving his first treble.
"That is the first time I have got the three wins at a meeting," the 19-year old said, adding: "You know if you are on one of Greg's (Coney) horses you know you have a good chance".
Hughes also had the perfect strike rate with three drives for three wins!.
The winning juggernaut for Hughes and Coney commenced in the opening event with Bella Stella, who commenced as $2.10 race favourite.
Racing three back on the outside running line Hughes elected to send the five-year-old Roll With Joe mare three wide around the field racing out of the back straight on the final occasion.
"She had a few tricks before the race started but once she got going, she was right and went really good," Hughes said.
