Two seasons ago G4 elected to make some radical changes to its first and second division competitions, merging the competitions in what was termed a "Year of Change" by G4 chairman Ray McCoy.
"Last year was a 'Year of Compromise' and next season, 2020, will be a 'Year of Challenge'," McCoy said.

"Everyone will be out to beat North Tamworth. That is a great challenge for our clubs.
"I also like the fact there are a few other teams wanting to join our competition. Moree (Boars) have expressed [an interest] and will officially apply to rejoin Group 4 on Sunday (at the AMG at Tamworth Services Club).
"Barraba has also confirmed they will be applying to play [in Group 4] and Walcha have also expressed interest in playing. We'll consolidate what we've got and take a good look at the new clubs."
At this stage Dungowan Cowboys have indicated they will have a second grade side in 2020 and Werris Creek is extremely confident of also forming an under-18 side.
Sunday's AGM is slated to commence at 11am.
Group 4 will soon have a new platform for player registrations and competition management.
Scott Bone, Greater Northern Region's regional area manager, is heading the change of technology into a new system called MySideline.
"Over the past few weeks, myself and the NRL digital team have been forwarding information on the change from the LeagueNet database to MySideline," Bone said.
"MySideline is the new platform that will be used for all registrations and competition management for rugby league. The system is on track to be opened in the first week of December, for all clubs to begin registrations for the 2020 season.
"Before clubs are able to access the new system, they will be required to attend a training session on the new system."
A training session for G4 clubs will be held at Tamworth Services Club from 11am on November 24.
Those intending to attend must register their details to attend the course.
