The former Inverell junior has re-signed with the Queensland Super Rugby franchise in a deal that will see him at Ballymore through to the end of the 2022 season.
Awarded the Reds' 'Rookie of the Year' for 2019, the 24-year old outside back said he is really excited to extend his time at the club.
"Queensland is my home, so I am thrilled to have the opportunity to continue playing in front of my family and friends," he said.
"I look forward to being a part of this special organisation for the next three years."
Campbell made his Super Rugby debut in Round 9 against the Bulls in Pretoria after being awarded a Reds contract during the 2018/19 pre-season on the back of his outstanding form for Queensland Country in the NRC and the University of Queensland in Queensland Premier Rugby.

Reds head coach Brad Thorn said it is great to have Campbell remain with them for another three years.
"Jock is a genuine product of the club Rugby system who's come into our program and made the most of his opportunity," he said.
"He was rewarded for his hard work when he made his Queensland debut this year in Africa. He went on to win our Rookie of the Year award which is a great achievement. We look forward to seeing Jock continue his development here at Queensland."
