The club featured in nine of the day's 11 grand finals - two of the games were even contested between two South Bowlo teams.
One such game was the A-grade open grand final, which pitted the Swifts and Foxes against each other.
Despite finishing higher on the ladder, the Swifts got out to an insipid start, trailing by 10 goals at the first break.

However, Swifts coach Robert Gregg said the side "lifted their game" after the break to record a stirring 37-30 victory.
"I think we were a little bit lax to start off the game," Gregg told the Leader.
"It took us a little bit of time to settle in, but once we got going we managed to get the game plan back on track a little bit.
"From there we were able to really carry out the game plan the way we wanted to and got the job done."
Gregg said Saturday's victory had been several years in the making.
"The club has been around for about 11 years and this was the first time we had a Bowlo v Bowlo grand final, which is really special," he said.
"My group has been together for the better part of six or seven years and, despite a bit of a change of personnel this season, we have largely stuck together.
"It's been great to see this group reach this point and I was really proud of the way they went about it, especially after being 10 goals down at quarter-time."
After losing last year's grand final, Gregg said the side was "ready to go one better this year".
"I think our defensive end did a fantastic job," he said.
"Chloe Adams, Shayla Collett, Sarah Matthews and Alyssa Nott all really stepped up.
"We might have only scored four goals to quarter-time, but once we got our eye in there was no stopping us."
Gregg said the season had been a major success for both the club and the Tamworth Netball Association.
"All up, we had 12 teams in the finals year across the eight grades we compete in," he said.
"From there, we had nine teams make the grand finals and four go onto win the premiership.
"It's a really satisfying result for us, that's for sure."
