Jack McDougall has hit hard with his debut single Let Me Out.
It's a track about mental health, the pressures of society and importance of talking about it.
"Life can get so down on you sometimes, and even though you have friends and family, there are just those days that you're afraid they're not going to want to listen to you," McDougall said.
You're screaming for help, but no one can hear you because you won't let it out.

"You're screaming for help, but no one can hear you because you won't let it out."
Once the town crier for Charters Towers in the Mackay region, he's no stranger to big crowds and live performance.
Co-written with Peta Cherae, the song started with a conversation between the pair about emotions.
The song was given a master's touch by producer Simon Johnson, who has also guided the alternative country artists' EP.
Kristy James is on backing vocals with the other musicians being Liam Kennedy-Clark, Pete Drummond, Simon, and Rod Motbey.
Let Me Out is about encouraging people to speak to someone, no matter what you're going through.
"You might think you have the weight of the world on your shoulders, but you just need to talk to someone," he said.
"I want people not to let things build up, because you're going to feel worse about yourself.
"They need to surround themselves with people they love and trust and we all need to respect each other."
The Sarina singer-songwriter and teacher said he wanted as many people to hear the song from as many walks of life as possible, as he lays his emotions raw.

"I want people to know this is who I am and to be prepared for the other music that is coming," he said.
"I couldn't be prouder of what I've been able to produce and it's the start of something really special."
The 20-year-old is now headed on a tour from Bundaberg to Mareeba with fellow QLD singer-songwriter Sammy White.
