Having made every grand final since the women's competition began in 2011, FC will face their toughest challenge when they clash with North Companions at Scully Park.
The two sides have dominated the competition this season, but have drawn and split the points in their three regular season outings.
However, Northies got the better of FC in their second semi-final clash, posting a 4-2 victory.

"We will have our work cut out for us, but I'm confident our girls can rise to the occasion," Slater told the Leader.
"From what I saw at our last training run on Thursday night, I'm confident the girls are keen and ready to go."
Slater said he was looking for his more seasoned players to lead the way in Sunday's decider.
"We have a pretty good mix of experienced and new players this season," he said.
"Since the competition started in 2011, we have had the same core of players like Kahla May, Sam Howard, Bec Wrightson and Michelle Fealy.
"However, every year we have had new players come along, so from that perspective it's exciting to see them play in their first grand final.
"I'm sure those girls who have been around a while will be keen to lead the way."
Sunday's grand final showdown will be a prelude to the club's Premier League grand final appearance at Scully Park on September 21.
"We are a really tight-knit community at Tamworth FC," Slater said.
"The girls like to go and support the men's team and the men's team often come to support the girls.
"It's really special to see because the girls are such a tight group on and off the field."
Slater said Sunday's clash would be "a real spectacle".
"Based on the few times we've played each other this season, I'd say it will be a really exciting game," he said.
"I know our Premier League side will be there cheering us on.
"Hopefully we can get a nice big crowd there to watch what should be a great game of women's football."
Before the division A grand final gets under way at 3pm, the Kootingal Kougarettes and North Companions will face off in the women's division B grand final at 12.30pm.
