Billie Mitchell and Daisy George could not be separated as the club's best female players for the season, both taking home the inaugural Veronica Griffiths Trophy.
For George, the award capped off a stellar season, in which she finished second in the AFL North West women's best and fairest count, behind eventual winner Gabrielle Mooney.
"It honestly felt so good to win the award alongside Billie," George told the Leader.
"Throughout the whole season, we played alongside each other in the same positions and have helped each other develop new skills, try out new skills and learn every game.
"It really is a team effort, though, and we wouldn't have got there without the help of the whole team."

The success kept on rolling for the George family when Daisy's older brother Ed took out the men's best and fairest award, which comes after he won his second Gillies Medal last month.
"It was great to see Ed win as well, because he helped me so much over the past two years," George said.
"We play in the same positions, so he really taught me a lot about my game plan - he is always there at training, helping out and running water for us on game day.
"He had a great year and certainly deserved the award."
As for next season, George said she was confident the Swans could improve on their 2019 preliminary final finish.
"As a team that had never played before, just making the preliminary final was a massive achievement," she said.
"A lot of the girls will stick around for next season, use the skills and techniques they learned this year, and hopefully help the Swans go all the way."
Other award winners on the night included Olivia Climpson (women's leading goal-kicker), Dale Gericke (men's leading goal-kicker) and Jesse Verdouw (men's players' player).
