In a new relationship quicker than even she expected, the Tamworth export co-wrote the song with her partner.
"The inspiration behind this one was falling in love really quickly, it's about not giving up and to keep getting back on the horse and have a go," she said.
"It's a huge contrast, the other song was a heartbroken Lizzie.
"I think this one has that uplifting, blue-grass feel and it's a really happy kind of song."
Her new song was born at the kitchen table, after a conversation with her partner.
"He's not a musician but he does have that thing for writing, he's great with his grammar and storytelling," Steadman said.
"He's a music lover and has picked up a few tricks along the way, this is the first song we've co-written."
Steadman has recently moved to Newcastle to pursue more music opportunities, after she got into the finals of the Toyota Star Maker competition at Tamworth Country Music Festival.

The gig has helped her get her name out there, and she's now a semi-finalist in the Gympie Muster Talent Search.
Steadman will launch her EP album at The Press with special guest Joel McKay on August 17 and anyone is welcome.
"I was born and bred in Tamworth and that's the only place I'd want to do the launch," she said.
