The side drew 0-0 with Riverina in the playoff for 11th and 12th spot in Lismore on Friday.
Team manager Leonie Macgregor believes that North West finished 11th because they had more corners than Riverina,]
However, she could not immediately confirm that.
That was North West's best result of the championships.
"The girls were just outstanding," Macgregor said.

"They were resilient, upbeat ... We ended up in our last game yesterday [Thursday] playing with 10 players because we had a couple of injuries.
"And we had two girls from Tamworth who, unfortunately, hardly played any of the tournament through sickness. That was really sad for them.
"So we struggled a bit in terms of not having our full squad, but the girls really stepped up."
North West's player of the championships was Sophie Parsons, while the runner-up was goalkeeper Olivia Cowen.
