Following on from their 65-14 demolition of defending premiers Pirates the previous week the Rams piled on 56 points in the second half to thump Quirindi 87-17.
Kamoto led the onslaught to become the fourth Rams player to score six tries in a game.
He joins names such as Walcha mayor Eric Noakes, who played for the Rams back in the 1980s.
Despite what the scoreline suggests, Rams co-coach Barry Hoy said they didn't have it all their own way.
"Quirindi actually played pretty well, they applies a fair bit of pressure to us," he said.
"There was nothing given to us."

Particularly in the first half they really had to work hard. Playing into the wind they had to absorb a fair bit of pressure, which Hoy thought probably wasn't a bad thing for them. It "knocked their heads back into the game" pretty quickly after the high of last week.
They still managed to run in a few tries to lead 31-10 at the break and lay the groundwork for the second half.
"Our ball security in the first half wasn't too good, we turned over a lot of ball," Hoy said.
Their clean-out wasn't quite there, but they addressed that in the second half and were able to retain the ball better.
Kamoto was the players player and picked up the one point behind number eight Lachlan Brown and winger Dom Bower.
Brown really stepped up after they lost Sandy Cameron in the first minute of the game to what appears to be a sprained ankle but look to be more serious initially, taking up a bit more of the defensive load.
"He did a lot of covering tackles, and took it up strongly," Hoy said.
It sets up a blockbuster clash with the also unbeaten Moree next week, the Bulls accounting for Barraba 65-19 at Moree on Saturday.
Damien Meppem, Dan Sweeney and Jono Spain all crossed for doubles as the Bulls bounced back to form after their narrow escape against Quirindi last week.
Scone meanwhile picked up their first win of the season, a hat-trick to winger Harry Morrow lifting them to a 37-17 victory over Inverell.
