A week after achieving one of the biggest wins of his career, the teenager outsprinted his, in many instances, more experienced rivals.
Tamworth Cycle Club president Daniel Nash said there were quite a few attacks throughout the race but none were successful, and coming into the final stages the field were still altogether.
In the end it came down to a sprint-out between Deasey, Phil Kelaher, Fraser Ashford, Steve Roberts and Matt Sadleir.
Kelaher finished second with Ashford crossing third.
"It was a pretty good win to beat Phil and Fraser," Nash said.
Nash earlier finished third in what was a hard B grade race.
It also finished in a sprint finish with Zane Tapp outgunning Scott Thompson and Nash in what he joked was "nearly a three-man sprint".
"I was just holding on," he said.
"It was a hard race. It was pretty much full on most of the race until everyone realised it was going to be a sprint finish."
Consequently the last three laps things quietened down a bit he said with everyone conserving their energy for the final sprint.

But Tapp "was too strong". He hit the last corner in front and no-one could catch him.
Pip Ash took out C grade from Peter Nash and Katrina Ashford, while Sadleir siblings Annabelle and Tom won the two junior races. Annabelle crossed ahead of Josh Deasey in A grade while Tom edged out twin brother Gus and Isobel O'Connor in B grade.
Sunday was the first of three club championships to be decided. The club will also stage time trial and road race championships later in year.
