That's one of just four problems to be solved at Rise 2019, where healthcare professionals, students, tech-heads, researchers and really anyone with a bright idea can come together and pitch it to a panel of experts.
The mission this year is Regional Healthcare and Connected Communities, the unique start up event is hosted by the University of New England's Smart Region Incubator in Tamworth.
"It's a hackathon," UNE SRI community manager Dimity Smith said.
"We'll have some videos as to why businesses or organisations have these problems, on the Saturday people will work in teams to solve the problems and pitch their brilliant idea to the panel."
The SRI is essentially a hub for start up businesses, people will pitch their ideas and be invited to join the community, grab their own hot desk and learn from established mentors to get their project off the ground.
Well-known member Edwina Sharrock is a registered midwife in Tamworth.
She's also Regional Woman of the Year and founder of online antenatal classes and childbirth education start up, Birth Beat.
The SRI looks at businesses with the potential to grow nationally and internationally, Ms Smith said.
Anyone with an idea to fix these problems, we want you here.

"Someone like Edwina Sharrock shares her business, she has been on podcasts and Shark Tank and has an excellent skill to pitch," he said.
"She shares that with our team, being part of the incubator means you get access to grow and scale your business environment to help you get to that point."
It's a place where great ideas have the opportunity to go far, at the two-day event, the panel will tell teams whether their solution to one of the four problems is viable.

It helps participants go from the idea phase to early development, to look at the target market and come up with a well-defined product, Ms Smith said.
"One of the questions is, 'how do we connect people in rural communities without social media?'," she said.
"There could be someone without service or access to mobile phones in Moree or Nundle with a great idea that could end up being the final pitched product.
"We want people in tech, students, researchers - anyone with an idea to fix these problems, we want you here."
