Commonwealth Games gold medallist and former world champion Steve Glasson OAM will be on hand to pass on some of his wisdom to members as a part of two clinics.
South Tamworth Bowling Club president Lucas Preston said Glasson's visit would be a "very rare opportunity" for members.
"It's not very often that chances like this come up," Preston said.
"A lot of work from several sponsors have helped make these two sessions happen and it should be very memorable.
"So far we have about 30 members signed up for each session and there is no limit, so the more the merrier."

The sessions will see members put through the same drills as the Australian lawn bowls team and will cover various practical skills.
"Steve is one of the very best in the sport and is the current coach of the Australian lawn bowls team," Preston said.
"So the drills that our members will be doing are the exact same ones as the country's best do on a regular basis.
"As well as that, Steve will also be passing on a lot of things he has learned throughout his time in the sport and a lot of tips as well I'm sure.
"Really, hosting Steve is going to be very enjoyable and a real pleasure for our club."
Wednesday's session will begin at the club at 6pm while Thursday's session runs from 9am.
"There's two sessions so hopefully that allows everyone who is interested to come along ," Preston said.
