The Moonshine Rumble was started in Manilla last year, and was moved to Bendemeer.
There were 115 entries this time around, up on the previous year.
Many of the entries had travelled substantial distances to take part, including Sydney, Newcastle, Taree, Coffs Harbour and Armidale.
And it looks like it’s here to stay.

A gold coin donation and raffles held during the event saw $5,500 raised for the local community, including the Bendemeer Rodeo Committee, with the cheque presented to Ray Quihampton, Treasurer of PC Bendemeer Rodeo Committee.
The village’s public school also benefited from a weekend of high octane action.
