PEOPLE working to make life for those with a disability a bit easier could go unrecognised with nominations lacking for a locally organised awards evening.
Organisers of the Imagine Better Celebrate Together Community Recognition dinner have called form more nominations with the event coming up next month.
The event aims to change perceptions about what can be achieved by people with disabilities.

“One way to do this is by recognising everyone in the community, workplace and at home who are achieving great things for people with a disability,” organiser Michael Ticehurst said.
Video, photo and written nominations are open until midnight on Sunday, October 28.
The Imagine Better Celebrate Together recognition dinner will be held at Tamworth Town Hall on Saturday, November 24.
