Above is a collection of photos from the field days from 1990 to 1992.
The early nighties saw a number of livestock made their debuts at the event from alpacas, to deer farming, ostrich farming and Longhorn cattle.
In fact in 1990 it was reported that it was the livestock section of the field days that stole the show over the traditional tractors and machinery.
That same year Ford was offering a chance to test drive its near tractor, the Ford 8030, via a simulator.
The following year, 1991, saw machinery saws depressed while farmers chased cattle yards, crushes over machinery.

1992 saw drought hit the state seeing a rise in graziers chasing stock feeding equipment, while the collapse of the USSR gave the Australian tractor and machinery market a dose of competition.
