Walcha Central School, St Patrick’s Primary School and Woolbrook Primary School students joined with other children, ex-servicemen and women, and families of those passed in this year’s Anzac Day parade to Memorial Park.
Piper Jack McLaren led the parade along with lighthorseman Bernie Brady riding ‘Josh’.
In a letter to all editors in the region New England MP Barnaby Joyce said: “The biggest thing they ask of us is really simple – do not take their service for granted and do not forget. Lest we forget.
