Mix Dom Perignon on tap, a multimillion-dollar coastal villa in Palm Beach and some socialites and you've got yourself a party.
And that's just what went down last Friday night when 100 VIPs and guests were chauffeured in a fleet of black Range Rovers and speed boats to Gale Force for the most fabulously OTT party that has gone down in the affluent northern beaches suburb in years (and that's saying something!).
The Black Communications-organised soiree was to celebrate the launch of Dom Perignon on Demand - a concierge service for Palm Beach residents over summer that will deliver perfectly chilled champagne by land or sea 24/7.
"More money than sense" was the most overused, mumbled phrase of the night, said only by those who don't understand the plight of a thirst that can't be quenched when one can't/won't go to the bottle-o.
The VIP-filled crowd included Australian swimsuit model Megan Blake Irwin with her new boyfriend, Miami businessman Nicolo Knows, who laid it on thick with the PDA as they celebrated her move from international model management IMG to Melbourne and Adelaide agency Pride Models.
Blake Irwin, who made headlines last year when she was linked with the father of Kourtney Kardashian's three children, Scott Disick, said she was enjoying the free-flowing bubbles but preferred "a 2007".
Never one to miss a photo opportunity, Sydney's newest socialite and shoe designer Jasmine Yarbrough attended with some girlfriends in tow.
Her boyfriend, Channel 9 Today show host Karl Stefanovic, made a brief appearance towards the end of the night but left when he spotted Fairfax Media's gossip columnists - yours truly and Private Sydney's Andrew Hornery. We'll have to catch up with him next time.
As glamorous ELLE Australia editor Justine Cullen sat at the end of the jetty to watch the sun set with a Dom in hand, she pondered if the champagne delivery service might also "drop off nit treatment and cheeseburgers on the way". One can only live in hope.
Tom Derickx, former Sydney Swans player-turned-model-turned-musician, was another notable face, as was Real Housewives of Sydney's Nicole O'Neil Gazal with her husband Adam, designer Rebecca Vallance and stylist Dale Mckie.
Back in the city on Wednesday night, Sunglass Hut threw their annual summer party at The Calyx in the Botanic Gardens - a not too shabby location with Sydney's glistening skyline and some fireworks at the Opera House as a backdrop.
Model Samantha Harris, who stars in their summer portrait series, attended with her husband Luke Hunt (who is getting back into the social swing of things after being released from prison last year).
A Ray Ban-clad Tahnee Atkinson was looking so fresh on the night that her fellow model pal, Jordan Barrett, couldn't help but comment under her Instagram shot: "Woah bahnee."
Just because guests were busy sipping on Aperol spritzs, gin cocktails and espresso martinis, it doesn't mean that South Sydney Rabbitohs star Tom Burgess giving his girlfriend Tahlia Giumelli a cheeky bum smack didn't go unnoticed.
