Mayor Simon Murray said members of the community are always welcome to attend Council meetings.
“For those members of the community who are unable to attend meetings in person this is a great opportunity to watch the meeting,” he said.
“In real time or later at their convenience.”
The October livestream garnered 26 viewers.
The livestream is available on Armidale Regional Council’s YouTube channel.
Meetings to be held in locations other than Armidale and Guyra will be not be livestreamed.
Community members who want to voice their opinion on an issue listed on the agenda must submit requests by midday on the day prior to the meeting.
