It can be a tough, stressful time but here are some tips for students about how best to tackle the exams.
Being organised also is crucial. For instance, don’t leave it until to the last moment to get to an exam.

Make sure you take good care of yourself while studying.
Here’s some tips for how to keep your stress levels to a minimum.
- Get organised - Write yourself a timetable to stay organised.
- Routines - Healthy eating, regular exercise, regular sleep times (weekdays and weekends!) will help keep your body in best shape for study and exams.
- Relax – Practising relaxation techniques help. Try exercise, progressive muscle relaxation, meditation, slow breathing, yoga, listening to calming music, being creative, getting outdoors. Find one that works for you.
