While he didn’t reach the heights of earlier this year where he bagged 10 goals, the goal-scoring wizard netted an impressive eight.
Coach Andrew Farmilo said his son was “pretty clinical” in front of goal but said the goal-scoring didn’t come easily from the get-go.
“To Tudors credit, they came out and played really well in the first half, they were actually leading 4-3 at one point,” he said.
“Fitness-wise, we pegged them back and probably dominated the second half.”
It was much closer in the other match as Kiwis beat Souths 5-3.
Kiwis were missing several members of the team but a number of players from lower grades stepped in and did a stellar job, according to skipper Josh Worpel.
“All the young guys stepping up and backing up – that’s a massive effort,” he said.
“Those second graders did a good job working hard off the ball.”
