Two people have been killed in an horrific truck crash near Moree on Friday afternoon.

Just after 4.15pm, emergency services were called to the Newell Highway, Moree, about 3km north of the intersection of River Road, after reports of a truck collision.
Police said two trucks crashed head-on, killing two people at the scene. Police believe the pair were the drivers.
Officers said the two have not been formally identified and their ages aren’t known.
Barwon police have set up a crime scene and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash, and are set to prepare a report for the coroner.
Police said the Newell Highway has been shut off and is expected to remained closed for a number of hours to enable officers to examine the scene.
Local traffic diversions are in place and motorists are advised to avoid the area.
Motorists travelling between Moree and the Queensland border are being diverted via the Carnarvon Highway, Garah and Boomi.
Motorists are advised to allow additional travel time.
