It was almost a mirror of their clash five weeks ago, with the home side running out 57-12 victors.
Then they won 60-12.
“We were pretty methodical,” Rams coach Andrew Crawford said.
“The boys played really well.”
They had a few out but it didn’t seem to slow them down.
“We were pretty precise in all facets of the game,” Crawford said.
“We took it up through the middle and scored the tries out wide, which was good.”
They led 24-nil at half-time, with outside centre Ollie Crawford scoring the first of his three tries.
It came after a weaving run from fullback Richard Young, who himself crossed twice along with number eight Robbie Glen.
Glen’s double included a length-of-the-field effort after Barraba had been holding Walcha on their line.
As they did in the first half, Barraba exerted a bit of pressure on Walcha early and scored in the first couple of minutes.
But it was all the home side from there.
(Ollie) Crawford was filling in for the injured Ed Churchill and proved a more than capable replacement, picking up the three points to go with his three tries.
Glen got the two.
