Travis Webster appeared at Tenterfield Local Court last week where he entered pleas for several charges relating to a car crash that left two people injured.
Webster was arrested by New England police on October 23, after allegedly crashing a car carrying five passengers into a tree.
Police allege the 18-year-old red P-plater fled from the scene following the accident at 9.50pm on the Leechs Gully Rd which left one of the passengers with whiplash and another with a suspected broken jaw and finger.
When police caught up with Webster, he was taken to Tenterfield Police Station where he returned a breath analysis result of 0.151.
Last Wednesday Webster pleaded guilty to the high-range drink-driving charge as well as charges of negligent driving and drive with unrestrained passengers.
He pleaded not guilty to a charge of drive in a manner dangerous.
Webster is next listed to appear in court on January 30.
