Magistrate Roger Prowse ordered police arrest Samone Leanne Hall after she failed to front Tamworth Local Court this week.
Hall, 36, is facing charges of goods in custody suspected of being stolen as well as one count of driving while disqualified.
When Hall failed to show for the scheduled hearing, Mr Prowse issued the arrest warrant.
Two days later, Hall was scheduled to appear in Cessnock Local Court on a charge of driving while disqualified for a second or subsequent offence.
When she failed to appear in court, Magistrate John Chicken heard the charge in her absence.
He convicted the 36-year-old of the offence and ordered her to pay a $700 fine.
She is also disqualified from driving for the automatic period of two years.
On Thursday, Oxley police made a public appeal to track down Hall who they said has “an outstanding prison warrant”.
Police said Hall is described as being approximately 165cm to 175cm tall, with a medium to large build.
Officers said she is believed to frequent the Tamworth and are urging the public not to approach her if she is sighted, but instead call Tamworth police immediately.
