The exhibition and sale, from Thursday to Sunday at the hall, will have painting, photography, woodwork, metalwork, pottery, models, linocuts and more.
The event is about 35 years old as an autumn show, and in its second year as a spring show.
Mrs Hemmings said a new feature would be the My Bendemeer section, in which artists depicted what the village meant to them.

There will be a needlework display from 94-year-old local Una Attwood.
And there will be a special tribute to longtime exhibitor Pam Green, who died in a farm accident earlier this year.
“She usually sat in a corner of the stage, doing spinning and wool work; she used to exhibit her felted hats and knitting,” Mrs Hemmings said.
“Everyone’s going to come and look to the corner where Pam was always on the stage and she’s not going to be there, so we’ll have some flowers and a little memorial to her.”
Mrs Hemmings said the organisers tried to make it “a show that anybody can put anything in” rather than restricting the event to more traditional art forms such as painting or photography.
Her message to the area’s residents? “Come and see the beautiful work – and bring your chequebook: everything is for sale except Mrs Attwood’s work.”
