Ms Luckwell, who went to Tamworth High School, celebrated her 22nd birthday in February and has been remembered as a “beautiful girl”.
Friend Whitney Livermore told The Leader Ms Luckwell would be dearly missed.

“She will be dearly missed by all her Tamworth High School mates,” she said on Thursday afternoon.
“And all her mates she knew who loved and respected her and her daughter.
“A big condolence from all my family to hers and from all her friends.”
Ambulance paramedics were called to the block of units about 9.30pm, just across the road from St Edward’s Infants School.
An Ambulance NSW spokesperson confirmed four paramedic crews were deployed but no one was transported and it was a police matter.
It’s not yet known who made the discovery or who alerted emergency service.
Police are yet to publicly comment on Ms Luckwell’s death, remaining tight-lipped on the police probe, but will address the media on Thursday afternoon.
The Leader understands detectives have been dooknocking not only the neighbourhood, but also businesses where Ms Luckwell frequented in recent weeks as they hunt who is responsible.
It’s understood police have made no arrests in relation to the murder and are appealing for public help.
The Leader understands Ms Luckwell’s death was violent, but her young child who was inside the unit was not injured.
Strike Force Penola has been launched by Oxley detectives to investigate the murder.
Forensic police have been seen carrying out bags of evidence as they comb the unit, and the front yard of the Robert Street location.
