The local Ronald McDonald House at Tamworth Base Hospital, provides accommodation for families from throughout the New England and North West region, when patients are admitted to the hospital, particularly children.
Among the artists who performed were Amber Lawrence, Darren Coggan, Adam Harvey, Canadian Amy Nelson, Hayley Jensen and Roo Arcus.
During the concert, organiser Chris Watson spoke to The Leader and said they had already raised $16,000 and were hoping to get to $20,000.
There was an auction of items, which included a guitar from US artist John Stone, signed by all the artists who performed, as well as memorabilia signed by US greats George Strait and Alan Jackson.
